1. Charging Kobo

  •          A round light is located around power key. This is not reset option and you have to be very careful while using paperclip so that the light not gets break.
  •           Place paperclip inside the small hole.

  •         Press paperclip until you don’t hear sound of click.
  •          Once you listened click sound…Kobo will begin to restart. 
  •          Start to charge Kobo eReader. 
  •          Connect USB cable to kobo and other USB end into power socket.

If kobo begins to work fine then it means a basic reset and complete battery charge session was required by your Kobo device.

If you try the above techniques and nothing has fixed your concern then you can try to press the home key located beneath the touch screen panel of kobo for checking whether kobo is responding.
